As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility program, we are committed to supporting disability inclusion in our society. We are doing this by supporting people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers and creating conditions for them to flourish.

We, as a company, believe that inclusion and diversity should be the cornerstone of our society. Disability should not be an obstacle for a person to have access to equal rights and implementing their talents in all spheres.

According to the World Bank, an estimated 15% of the world’s population or one billion people experience some form of disability, and that number is growing. Persons with disabilities are more likely to experience poor socioeconomic outcomes than persons without disabilities. They have less education, poorer health outcomes, lower levels of employment, and higher poverty rates.

We are a small, female-led business in Raleigh. As part of our CSR mission, we are dedicated to doing our part in improving the situation. We create close ties within our community and identify members who have disabilities and their families. We provide them access to our products and events.
